- Can't define 'human' in any sensible way.
- Can't be an organism, because of sexuality.
- Surgery can partially restore sexuality, birth defect remains.
- Still feeling like a freak.
- Pain about sexuality causes withdrawal from it.
- Subsequent unravelling of the 'self'.
- Needs labia to complete sexuality, and start healing process.
- Looking for second opinion and further help.
- An end to the medical process has to be possible.
